Citing the FPJ report, SBI has granted a loan of Rs 5,000 crore at 6% interest for CIDCO's mega housing project under the Prime Minister's Awas Yojana (PMAY). The large CIDCO housing project has three phases and 112,500 houses. Of these, 23,500 units are in phase 1, 67,000 units are in phase 2 and another 22,000 units are in phase 3. The PMAY scheme reserves 35% for EWS and 15% for LIG. The remaining units are for free sale.

CIDCO information on the status of this project indicates that Phase 1 of the mega housing project has been completed, the work of Phase 2 is underway, and Phase 2 will begin soon.

 

Eligibility Criteria for the CIDCO Lottery 2022

If you are applying for the CIDCO Lottery 2022-23, you need proof of residence that shows you have lived in Maharashtra for at least 15 years as an applicant. You don't have to be a resident. Navi Mumbai or your residence nearby, but you have to reside somewhere in Maharashtra and you have to prove the same.
